Four practices. One accountable company.

Aegentra brings together Govern for cybersecurity and GRC, Harden for Microsoft 365 security, Academy for professional training, and Labs for practical software. Each engagement has a defined scope, named accountability and evidence-led outcomes.

Aegentra operates four connected practices: Govern, Harden, Academy and Labs. They can be engaged separately or combined where a defined scope benefits from shared evidence and one accountable company.

The four practices

  • Govern — governance, risk and compliance implementation and readiness services, including ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 and SOX. ISO 27001 internal audits are separately scoped. Where Aegentra implemented the ISMS, the audit may be assigned to a different competent consultant only after documented conflict-of-interest, prior-involvement and impartiality checks. If objectivity and impartiality cannot be protected, a separate provider is required. An independent accredited certification body remains responsible for certification.
  • Harden — scoped Microsoft 365 security work across identity, endpoints, data protection, email and monitoring.
  • Academy — published online PECB training; available formats and booking arrangements are stated on each course page.
  • Labs — practical software and tools that support risk, evidence and operational workflows.

How Aegentra works

  • Named accountability. The proposal identifies the engagement lead, delivery roles, dependencies and escalation path.
  • Defined scope. Deliverables, assumptions, price and timing are agreed after discovery.
  • Evidence-led delivery. Findings and recommendations are tied to observable configuration, records or other agreed evidence.
  • Australian context. Work can be mapped to relevant Australian requirements and frameworks where they are in scope.

Training as well as services

Aegentra Academy is a PECB authorised training partner. Aegentra Academy training is online only. Check the relevant course page for its available delivery formats, inclusions and booking arrangements. Physical classroom and onsite Academy training are not offered.
