Yes. Enrolment includes the official PECB examination voucher and one included retake under the applicable PECB conditions. Examination and retake deadlines depend on the course and delivery format and are separate from course-material access. Check your course page and the deadline recorded in myPECB before scheduling the remotely proctored examination.
Yes. Enter your organisation and ABN at checkout. You receive an ATO-compliant tax invoice with Aegentra’s ABN by email, which an eligible Australian GST-registered business can use when claiming input tax credits. For multi-seat orders, email Academy@aegentra.com.au.
Yes. Every course page supports multiple currencies, including NZD, USD, SGD, GBP and EUR when a live checkout quote is available. Currency choice and billing address are separate: an Australian billing address adds 10% GST, while a non-Australian billing address has no Australian GST.
Course-material access, examination and retake deadlines, and any certificate-application deadline are separate. Their start dates and validity periods depend on the selected course and delivery format.
