Are these PECB certifications internationally recognised?

Yes. PECB is accredited by ANAB (ANSI National Accreditation Board) under ANSI / ASTM E2659-24, plus UKAS, IAS and COFRAC. Your credential is accepted on resumes, tender responses and procurement panels worldwide.

How are courses delivered?

Every course is available 100% online and self-paced through myPECB — eLearning programs include recorded video lectures, scenario quizzes and a mock exam, while Self-Study programs are slide-based with the official exam included. Instructor-led delivery is also available on request: live online cohorts, or in-person classes in Melbourne and Sydney — contact us to arrange a session for you or your team.

Is the exam included?

Yes. Every enrolment includes one official PECB exam voucher plus one free resit within 12 months. Sit the exam remotely on a schedule that suits you.

Can I buy on behalf of my company?

Yes. Enter your organisation and ABN at checkout. You receive an ATO-compliant tax invoice with Aegentra’s ABN by email, which an eligible Australian GST-registered business can use when claiming input tax credits. For multi-seat orders, email Academy@aegentra.com.au.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. Every course page supports multiple currencies, including NZD, USD, SGD, GBP and EUR when a live checkout quote is available. Currency choice and billing address are separate: an Australian billing address adds 10% GST, while a non-Australian billing address has no Australian GST.

How long do I have to complete the course?

12 months from enrolment. There are no fixed deadlines — finish as quickly or slowly as suits you.

What is your refund policy?

All enrolments are non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed your PECB seat is provisioned and the course materials become available, so refunds cannot be issued. Please review the course details carefully before purchase, and email Academy@aegentra.com.au if you have questions before enrolling.
