Terms of Use.
These terms govern your use of aegentra.com.au. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. Engagements with Aegentra are governed by separate, signed Statement of Work and Master Services Agreement documents — not by these terms.
About these terms
These terms of use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of aegentra.com.au and any subdomains (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by HansDivisionGroup Pty Ltd (ABN 84 678 444 463; ACN 678 444 463), trading as Aegentra ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the Site.
Permitted use
You may use the Site to:
- Read content we have published for the public;
- Contact us about a potential engagement;
- Access service documentation we have shared with you as a client.
You must not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- Attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site, probe for vulnerabilities outside an authorised disclosure programme, or interfere with other users;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for competitive intelligence, AI training, or republication without our written permission;
- Misrepresent yourself, your organisation, or your affiliation with Aegentra.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — text, images, code, brand assets, product names including Aegentra and Aeges — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trade mark, and design laws.
You may quote short excerpts of public content for editorial purposes with attribution. All other use requires our prior written permission.
Engagements with Aegentra
Marketing content on the Site does not, on its own, create a contractual relationship between you and Aegentra. Engagements are governed by:
- A signed Statement of Work describing scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees;
- Our Master Services Agreement, which governs liability, confidentiality, security, and termination; and
- Any specific data-processing addendum required by your jurisdiction.
Third-party services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (analytics tools, scheduling forms, video providers). Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their behaviour.
Refunds and cancellations
Payments are not refundable for a change of mind. This condition does not limit any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by Australian Consumer Law. It applies to:
- Govern — ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 governance, policy uplift, and assessment engagements;
- Harden — Microsoft 365 tenant hardening, identity security, and configuration baselines;
- IT on Demand — managed support, project work and separately scoped support arrangements;
- Aegentra Academy — PECB certification courses sold through aegentra.com.au/academy. Once payment is confirmed your PECB seat is provisioned and the course materials become available. The change-of-mind condition applies; statutory consumer rights remain available.
Nothing in this section excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. For any specific situation, email Contact@Aegentra.com.au.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Use of the Site is subject to our Disclaimer, which sets out the limits of warranties and liability for site content. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
